ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

This page explains how to permanently delete your BindePaFesta account and the personal data associated with it, in line with your right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR). Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

1. Delete directly in the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the app itself:

1. Open the BindePaFesta app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings (the gear icon).
4. Under "Data and Privacy", tap "Delete account".
5. Confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.

2. Delete by email (alternative)

If you cannot access the app, you can ask us to delete your account. Send a message from the email address associated with your account to bindepafestafnd@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request". We will respond without undue delay, within the 30-day period required by the GDPR.

3. What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the personal information associated with it, including:

• your profile (name, username, email address and preferences);
• your favourites and followed artists;
• your hypes, points and mission progress;
• your posts and content;
• your membership in ranchos (groups);
• any other personal information linked to your account.

Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups, isolated from any further processing, until it is overwritten in the normal backup cycle. An account cannot be recovered once deleted.

4. Export your data before deleting

If you want to keep a copy of your data before deleting your account, you can do so in the app under Profile → Settings → "Export my data", under your right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
